Words from students

Practised in Belgrade, followed from everywhere.

Students from the studio and from online sessions across time zones.

After years of desk work my lower back was constantly tight. Six private sessions and the props work changed how I stand, not just how I practise.
Marina J.Belgrade, Serbia
We practise online early in the morning before work. Even through a screen the corrections are precise — she sees the shoulder before I feel it.
Elena V.Moscow, Russia
I came from a fast vinyasa background and expected to be bored. Instead I discovered how little I actually understood about alignment.
Thomas B.Berlin, Germany
I stayed in Belgrade for three months and practised weekly. Calm, technical, never rushed — exactly what Iyengar should feel like.
Chiara R.Milan, Italy
Post-pregnancy I needed someone careful. Every posture was adapted for me, and my confidence in my body came back gradually.
Sarah M.London, UK
Sessions in English, clear and structured. Two months in, my chronic neck pain is manageable for the first time in years.

Questions

Good to ask before you begin.

Do I need previous experience?

No. Iyengar yoga is built on clear instruction and props, so a first-time practitioner and an experienced one can work with the same posture at different depths.

I have an injury or a health condition.

Tell me before we start. Many postures can be adapted or supported with props. For recent surgery or acute pain, please check with your doctor first.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Let me know at least 12 hours in advance and we will move the session at no cost. Later cancellations are charged as a session.

How do I pay?

Cash or bank transfer after the session, or in advance for a series of four.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes that let your joints be seen and move freely. We practise barefoot.

Are online sessions the same?

The structure is the same. I will ask you to set your camera so I can see your whole mat, and we will use whatever props you have at home.

Which language are sessions in?

English or Serbian — whichever you prefer.
